Your first film

About ten minutes, once ComfyUI and the models are in. Open Film (/play).

Just want to see it work?

Make a starter film creates a Cast lead, opens Day with the stills already queueing, and lands on Cut. If ComfyUI is offline, Use demo stills lets you practise the cut.

1. Create a character

On Film, give her a name and either:

• From photo — upload a picture of the face you want, or
• Traits — sex, age, ethnicity, height, body, hair.

Create & continue makes her plate: the full-body picture every still starts from.

2. Dress her (optional)

Outfit → Choose… clothing:

Pick	What happens
A kit	One of the built-in outfits
Your photo	Someone wearing it, or the clothes on a plain background
Shoes	A shoe kit, your own photo, or words

Queue a try-on and Keep the one you like. It becomes the dressed plate for every still.

3. Plan the day

Day shows four slots, morning to night.

1. Pick a Mood in the plan bar — Everyday, Sport, Vacation, Suggestive…
2. Suggest day writes a place and a moment for each slot. Edit any of them.
3. Queue day renders the stills (about 20–60 s each).

Note

Tap a card to open its slot sheet: the place, the moment, the pose, the clothes, a line for her to say, and narration for the film.

4. Animate

Animate all turns each still into a short clip. A slot with a line becomes a talking clip, lip-synced, in her voice.

5. Cut

Open Cut (the tab after Story, or Open Cut → on Day). Watch the cut with ▶, then:

• Shots — drag to reorder, trim, frame, leave a shot out
• Shape — widescreen, vertical (Reels / Shorts) or square
• Music — upload a track, or Score this film

Cut film encodes it.

The film lands in the Gallery and on the Cast page.
