Cast

A Cast member is a character that stays the same person in every picture. Open one from Cast (/characters) or the Film page.

What a Cast keeps

Part What it does Where
Plate The full-body picture every still starts from — the face comes from here Cast page → Looks
Looks Several plates for one person (hair, era, style); each has its own outfit Cast page → Looks
Traits Sex, age, ethnicity, height, body, hair — used in every prompt Bible → Appearance
Marks Tattoos, freckles, glasses… kept wherever they would show Bible → Marks
Props Her phone, bag, car, dog — described once, the same every time Bible → Props
Voice How she sounds in talking clips Bible → Voice
Places Her home and workplace, the same rooms in every still Bible → Places

Marks need the plate

A tattoo or pair of glasses in words alone rarely shows. Put it on the plate (Edit plate) and it carries into every still.

Voice

  1. Audition voices — four short clips of her saying hello in different voices.
  2. Keep one, or Use my own recording (about 5 s of one person talking).
  3. Nudge it Deeper or Higher.

Talking clips are then steered toward that voice.

Places

Every Cast has one home and one workplace. Any still set in one of their rooms (bedroom, kitchen, living room, bathroom, hallway, balcony; desk, meeting room, office kitchen) uses that place's look, so the rooms match from slot to slot.

  • Pick another design, write your own words, or turn it off.
  • Photos of their rooms — upload a real photo of a living room, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom or office. Stills set there are built around it:
Still Uses the photo?
Clothed, one person, Edit 2511 Yes — furniture, colours, walls, windows
Clothed, one person, Rapid On its short scene recipe, yes; with an Outfit Keep plate's long brief, the place words instead
Clothed, two people (a Cast partner), Edit 2511 Yes — the photo takes the pose map's place
Clothed, three people (a partner and a friend), Edit 2511 or Qwen-Image 2.1 Yes — as a fourth picture, after the three faces
Intimate / Raunchy, one person or two, Rapid Yes (one person: the sofa and plants more than the whole room; two people with the long two-skeleton brief: as a fourth picture)
Clothed, one person, Qwen-Image 2.1 Yes — furniture, colours, walls, windows
Clothed two people on Rapid or Qwen-Image 2.1, Klein No — the place words instead

Move a Cast

Export Cast file keeps every look, outfit, wardrobe still and reference sheet. Import it on another machine.

Films and seasons

Each film you cut is an episode of the Cast's current season. On the Cast page's Film & media tab:

  • Film & media → Films — watch, see what went into it, and under each film Re-cut, Export for an editor and Share for review.
  • Seasons — Stitch season joins the episodes; Open this Day again brings a Day back.
